Postby broud3r » Sun Jun 05, 2016 6:05 pm

Name: Steffen
Age: 24
Game moderator specialty (see below for choices): Legion TD
Brief introduction: as stated iam Steffen, 24 and from germany.
recently i started to work as computer scientist which sadly limited my playing time a bit but increased my time on the forum.
currently i spend my main free time on playing and streaming wc3/Legion td or on pubs during the weekend.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): 3h a day on the evenings and randomly on weekends
What is your current time zone: GTM+2
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: i played wc3 fun maps more or less since the realease of TFT 2003 but started my online carrer just about 2.5 years ago here on ent and played more or less exclusively Legion TD.
i used the dota replay manager and the fogclick detector pre 1.27 to make my ban request as accurate as possible so i know how to use and read the drm data quite well.
so far i have no moderation experience.
Why do you want to become a game moderator: iam part of the ent community and used and abused it for over 2 years already so i thought i would be time to give some of the passion back and help out the community
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: i bring an active moderation especially in the european morning and try to reduce a long waiting time on ban appeals
Closing Statement: besides on the ban appeal and request area iam pretty often on the chat and try to help out players whenever i can.
below are some of the banrequest and appeals i commented and tried to help

ban requests:

Has a good attitude, always frienldy on forum and ingame
Knows how to use tools and has a good judgement/knowledge of the rules.
I really like that hes online and in chat a lot during a time most of the staff members are asleep or busy with reallife stuff. Usually its only me in the mornings here and broud3r was already a big help even if he wasnt able to process appeals by himself. Was always willing to help users with their tech related issues.

Im convinced he well be a great Moderator and deserves this position. I dont have any doubts or concerns, what he might dont know right now regarding some maps we host here can be learned while he already activilly contributes to the community by beeing a moderator here.

Definitely a +1 from me!
His activity is great, tool usage/knowledge is spectacular, attitude is professional, and he has great judgement when dealing with cases on ban requests/appeals. Definitely worthy of the position!

Goodluck @broud3r! :D

User has contributed on ban requests more than enough times. I also see him assisting players in appeals and on ENT chat consistently. I don't really see a concern for behavior or anything within that area and I do notice consistent DRM usage prior.

I honestly don't see why he shouldn't be approved, he will make a nice addition to our staff. :)

He was active with technical support when warcraft 3 patched to the new version. Now he proved himself by contributing to the appeals and ban request section. Doesn't hurt to give him a trial period to say the least.

    Good luck

Can't just omit being the one who cracked the LTD map to fix clogging issues - a rather sizable contribution even disregarding the obvious feedback and reporting that you arranged within the ENT LTD forum.

    Obviously support.

Seems good with all the ENT stuff, but one time I heard him do a really gross windy bum when he was streaming, so I mean, do with that information what you will.
