I haven't seen the Windows Defender issue but I'll take a look.

If you add an exception to your antivirus software it should run without issue.

hi i have a problem with the w3connect. i figured out i need to be on version 1.30 to play but after i finally getting into a game, the app closed and get me disconnected from the game. its frustrating what should i do to fix it? my internet is pretty good

windows defender senses the file is a virus close the app and deletes it.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit app closes without error or anything

Suggestions:
1- Add it so it can be minimized and can be hidden
2- Allow for it to remmeber the username and passowrd
3- Option to hide auto hosted games by bots
4- Hosting from the app

I also have experienced a random crash of the exe after many hours of playing, and my windows defender is off. Also an interesting little bug; if you do Remember Me on the login screen and close the app without logging off, next time you open the app it puts you on a ENTGaming forum page rather than the correct games page.

On this pc i dont use antivirus as its an old desktop i only use for war3 and torrent but it also happens on my laptop today got 2 crashes without errors on laptop while gaming over 2h

I can confirm the app shuts down abruptly without any reason. Just got autoban because of that.

If you are willing to test, can you follow these steps? Thanks in advance.

1) Run command prompt (Start Menu -> cmd)
2) If it is in your Downloads directory, type this:

cd Downloads
OR
cd C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Downloads

3) Run the app (debug version above):

Code: Select all

wc3connect-dbg.exe

4) It will now print log to the command prompt. If it crashes, it might have some data in the output. In that case, could you maximize the command prompt and take a screenshot?

is there an open source for WC3Connect (e.g Ghost++) ? I want to make my own thing if that's okay and it would be nice if I can get the resources for it rather than doing it myself

@Dazzza I don't think your Battle.net accounts were valiated yet, if you go to https://entgaming.net/link/validate.php you should receive a validation code which you need to whisper to ClanEnterprise on Battle.net.
