Rule player violated: teamkilled (i built in the base first. his building may have finished first, mine was started before his, though. troll windwalk is faster than tauren charge, and i move through units, so i got there first.)
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): literally through the entire game he teamkilled my buildings, using teleport staves to get to my new lumber base each time. maybe 3~4 minutes he admitted he used a macro ingame, third party program to enhance play.
Any further thoughts: called his buttbuddy who was Pink in that game to help him with teamkilling me. forgot his name, though.
Also, I built first. My order was down first, he tried to claim base by building manner shelter at entrance.
