Elo change

I just noticed this game where we (unexpectedly) beat a couple of very good LTD players, where one of the players (the one with the highest elo) lost less elo than the other 3 on their team. Is there a reason for this?

ltgs_sarapoba had -17.26, while the others lost 25.03

he has over 2000 elo. it has to do with the program of the elo itself. nothing is wrong with the calculations.
