Can u maybe restore my Stats?

Can you guys maybe restore my stats on DeamonSlayer on Hellhalt TD? They are suddenly gone...

Why is it that stats just are going away one some Accounts and on other not? Do you need to Link the Account to ENTLink so they dont reset? or is it just when you are inactive for too long time?
