Cant connect with ent-connect. Rangeban

Hi support team,

the background is we are rangebanned.

The mods who rangeban us both refer us to the technical support.

So i try to connect with ent-connect with the account juma (ent-account) or MamiHatsErlaubt (b-net account). We should be white listed but still the ban screen appears.
My wife and me are playing through a router, i dont know if this causes the problem.
