So:

ggeasy@europe.battle.net should be banned for prolonged afk (he was already afk for 7 minutes, when we first started it)
fridrix1_55rus@asia.battle.net , spezializtz@europe.battle.net and zarras@europe.battle.net should be banned for refusal to votekick an clear afk player (!afk command displayed the afk - it was around 7 minutes when it started, and it was already 9+ when he got kicked)

After review:

Player GGEasy@europe.battle.net did indeed AFK for several minutes before getting kicked.
Players McEvil@entconnect, fRidRix1_55RUS@asia.battle.net, Spezializtz@europe.battle.net and Zarras@europe.battle.net didn't vote !yes to kick the AFKer even though they could, and some of them did, type !afk and see that there was an AFKer.

Player GGEasy@europe.battle.net is banned 3 days for extended AFK, first offense.
Players McEvil@entconnect, fRidRix1_55RUS@asia.battle.net, Spezializtz@europe.battle.net and Zarras@europe.battle.net are banned 2 days for refusing to kick a violator.
