HELL bot is broken

It happens once at least every week - the HELL bot goes down for 5-10 hours or one full day. It went offline again and has been for almost 10 hours straight. What is happening to bots anyway? Why do they constatly get broken?

Seems like the bots are down on certain realms from time to time. I suggest trying to connect to the bot via another realm, worked for me.
