DotA bots down on West?

The two DotA bots (Ent11 & Ent38) are not hosting games on West server. Also, a smaller issue, but the 'Clan.Enterprise' bot is down on West as well.

There seems to be players from US West playing on these bots atm (games.php).

Still having issues connecting?
