Why you should be unbanned: I need a proxy to join wc3 games in general so I didn't know this would insta ban me as I haven't played in awhile.

The ban applies only so long as you are connecting with a proxy. Turn it off and you will be able to play. Proxies are forbidden to use on our server and I don't see why you would need one to join wc3 games.
