Hi ,

I let wc to update , after update he put me normal in game , I connect to battle.net normaly .
My video settings was not normal , so I exit wc & start again , after this my computer say shortcut not good & ask me if I wana delete or not.
I try to start the game entering normal & I do not find the frozen trone exe file , only roc ...

Why update delete something from my computer ?

So , I re install frozen throne like he ask me & now I get 2 erros

Strange I re install frozen throne whit original cd ... after that this 2 errors

Blizzard recent pushed out two updates today, the first being 1.28.3 which consolidated TFT and Roc into one launcher. The actual launcher is located in your installation folder and is "Warcraft III". You can switch to RoC or TFT directly in the game itself now without having two icons to launch either or.

The second update was pushed out without an official announcement for 1.28.4

We're working on a hotfix for players on XP to resolve the GetTickCount64 bug.

We're also removing the dependency on vcruntime140.dll when patching.

When encountering any problems other than GetTickCount64, here is a method to use the launcher to heal any missing or corrupt files:
1. Go to your installation folder
2. Run Warcraft III Launcher.exe

With regards to your second error, if you're going to reinstall i'd recommend that you use their new installer on their website (Installs patch 1.28.3).

If you've registered your CD Keys to an account you should be able to get the installer from the following link:
https://us.battle.net/account/download/

If you have any issues updating to 1.28.4 try launching the game through "Warcraft III Launcher", and it should say an update is available.

Hopefully this helps, if you need anyting else don't hesitate to ask.

The problem is he do not recoqnize my original cd ... I can not start whit original cd after I reinstall...

& now I have another error ...

Unfortunately I am unaware as to an easy solution for you, and as the game isn't that large it may be easiest if you tried installing fresh. As mentioned though, they updated their installer on their site so it goes straight to 1.28.3, and I highly recommend using it.

So , I try to pach again in another folder & it worked.
But I have to reinstall my grpoxy ....

GProxy take two seconds, here are some links with instructions/downloads:

These get placed into your installation folder, and you edit your .cfg to note the desired server you wish to connect to. Alternatively the official site has custom .cfg files if you don't want to edit it manually.

After just launch Warcraft III per normal, and you'll notice "GProxy" has been added as a realm. Click on "Battle.net" and it will connect per normal with the added benefit of disconnect protection.

Hopefully that helps, and glad your install works.
