Stat Restore Issues

I have been away from dota 1 for several months, I currently no longer have my stats. I tried to log into the ent account that my account are validated under and it will not take my password? I no longer have access to the email I had used for years due to it was a work email and I am no longer with the company. I made a new ent account and tried to validate on there and request a stat restore however it wont let me. @hyo @arty


I don't really mind if I cant validate again, I don't plan on swapping stats or anything, If I could get my stats reloaded I would be happy.

Pls tell me the name of the account you used before, + realm.
Then the new account + realm.

And if you can, would be nice if you knew when approximatly you played your last game with the old account.

Well I got my account from my old ent name however now its been days and I cant validate it with clan.enterprise bot offline. My account name is Mr.Corey@useast

Clan.Enterprise is only temporarily offline. You will have to manually validate the battle.net account though as you have no (game) history on ENT.

However, given you have had two stats restorations already, you will have to donate in order to be eligible for another one.
