Clan.Enterprise offline

I wanted to validate a wc3-account. But I can't wisper to Clan.Enterprise with
> /w Clan.Enterprise hello

I get the message (I have german edition) "Dieser Benutzer ist nicht eingeloggt.", which means the user isn't logged.

The name is now "ClanEnterprise"

europe.battle.net. I also tried to turn off my gproxy. ClanEnterprise and Clan.Enterprise results in the same error.
When you changed the name, please correct the message we get after trying to validate an account. it's still:

"You have already attempted to validate this account, but validation is not yet complete. You must login on YYYYYY and whisper Clan.Enterprise with: "!validate XXXXXX" (without the quotes). Once this step is complete, your account will be validated and will appear on the accounts added page."

I copied "Clan.Enterprise" from that info text.

It would also be nice if you change the text anyways. It's confusing, because I don't get the correct command out of the message without work. The text
> /w ClanEnterprise !validate XXXXXX
should be a substring.

As I said, ClanEnterprise isn't working either.

Unfortunately, it would appear that the ClanEnterprise@europe.battle.net bot is offline at the moment.

ClanEnterprise is currently online for USEast, but do not believe that helps you since you're trying to validate on Europe from what I've read above.

I have attach HazarDous so he is aware that it is currently offline.

*EDIT*
This issue looks to be resolved, and ClanEnterprise@Europe appears to be back online. Try whispering the bot once more to see if you can validate your account now.
