Changing username

Sorry if it's the wrong forum, but I tried to locate anything that remotely resembles what I desire, and I failed.
Therefore, I'll ask here and hopefully get either answers or directions.

What does one do when he or she wants an account name change? I'm talking about this very account, on ENT forums. I've made this account quite some time ago, using my old user name, but now that I've decided to become an active member of the forums, I feel it unfitting. Is there a special procedure and is it actually possible? For reference, I'd like my account name changed from Apheraz_Lucent (old modding nickname I fashioned from 2010 on The Hive Workshop) to WolfPackMama (which is same as my Battle Net nickname).
