Validating a account

Hi tech support, i'm trying to get a account validated on europe.battle.net , due to ClanEnterprise being down i cannot do this myself
the account in question is: c00FF0040Inuya
i plan to transfer my current Taco account stats to this one after i get it validated, as i really prefer this name.
if anyone could help me out, i would be grateful :) Thanks in advance
