can't reset my account (again)

Please help me to reset my stats, i tried everything on the reset stats page and i can't get them reset. I know it says I have no stats, I promise you it is showing as me having them.

@spermfeather hello,
To reset your stats, you have to validate your account here first. You've got your europe account validated only and stats you want to reset are on useast.
