Normally, you can't see skills in replay without use of third party programs or drm.

You can see each individual enemies skills, just make sure you have that player's vision selected at the time of hero picking in LoD. Then click the chat log and you will see what skills they picked. You can also use DRM but a lot of the LoD skills aren't recognized as the proper code and have a raw code as their name.
