Problem while trying to validate my account

Hello, i am trying to validate my account: Shadow_DeaTH@UsWEST
I was told to log onto battle.net and whisper claneneterprise the following: !validate wejgxzo
Whenever i try that it keeps telling me clanenterprise is offline. I have also tried messaging clan.enterprise but i keep getting the same result. Can someone please help me out?

Hello,

Clanenterprise is currently down on USWest, which is why you weren't able to process your requests.

It's on the to-do list, with no ETA.

In the meanwhile, i've manually validated the account shadow_death@uswest.battle.net under Shadow_death successfully. @Shadow_death
