cant validate my account

keeps saying already validated by hash.
but make no sense this my wc3 account. needs fix

Hash used to play on that account, and it's currently validated under him.
The account then expired due to inactivity, which is why you were able to claim it for yourself, @Brandon .
You can talk to Hash about it on Discord/pm, and if you he agrees, we could remove it so you can validate it for yourself.
