can't whipser ClanEnterprise in uswest

Hi,

When I try to whisper /w ClanEnterprise !validate zf46tis in order to validate account oxodus@uswest it says "That user is not logged on".
Any alternatives to that?

Clanenterprise is currently down on USWest, which is why you weren't able to process your requests.

It's on the to-do list, with no ETA.
