GProxy uswest connectivity?

I read there's some update on WC3 and some hosting issues concerning uswest servers. I'm wondering if this is still going on and if it affects gproxy? I seem to have intermitten connection errors with uswest on gproxy. It immediately gives me the unable to connect. Everything works fine on the useast gproxy though. Just wondering if this is an issue with my set up or an issue with gproxy. Thanks! ;)
