Civ wars bot desync everyone in every games

The title says a lot
I've got desynced about 5 seconds after the beginning of the game
and apparently, I'm not the only one
No one said anything, but there was about 5 remakes of the game in less than 15 minutes
I wasnt in any, but I saw players in it, and they were always the sames

Just giving you the information in hope you can fix it

I desync on bots 38 n 11... everytime.................................. grr

I just discovered my problem I think...

I was running w3 while they patched and never rebooted my w3 to update when I was trying to play... hence the reason I desynced I believe.

I cannot prove because now my PC is refusing to launch w3 after update... sigh... something about agent.exe not being found

The above is the reason why I believe. haven't seen any issues since the initial patch time.
