Name Color was supposed to be permanent

i think couple years ago i had the opportunity to get myself a color , if i remember well .

i though i had the coloring since then , i think after a big patch it went away or something and i didnt reask for it , dop you think it would be possible to get it back , like i was suppose to have ?

For some time now, spoofs for in-game have been set for a limited amount of time.

Your last donation request was back in October, and in-game spoofs expire after 3 months with a $10 donation.

the thing is , whenever i did my first donation , the name color was permanent , i dont want to be offensive or anything , but the only reason i dont have it anymore , its cuz of a big patch on the ent website that happened couple monts ago !!

I have confirmed with the staff department just now, and any permanent (even legacy) donations/rewards were discontinued some time ago.

There is no such thing as a permanent donation/reward at present.

If you wish to donate for a new spoof, please do so, and PM me the email address you've donated with.
Once the donation has been confirmed, we can process this topic and apply your desired spoof.

Do note the required information regarding username, and spoof you wish to be applied.
