Completely related to Blizzard patch and the map you are playing. We've done what we can to minimize the issues but there's nothing more we can do other than wait for Blizzard to fix the new issues they created in the last patch. Or, the map dev could update the map to no longer desync. Either way, all you can do is wait and deal with the issues.
