can't validate account

my account is at us west and I want to transfer the stats to another account. But I'm currently having problems on validating my account. I logon my account at us west and whispered the ClanEnterprise. it seems like i failed. what should I do

Looking at your validated accounts, it seems you successfully validated your account already.
