When I playing during the game.. always show disconnect inside he game which my internet is still on... but the wc3 connect software has been close by it self .. then I need to reopen my wc3connect to get reconnect it again... please let me know what’s should I do .. I don’t want get disconnected all the times

Same problem for me, after i play 2-3 games at the 4th the software is closing by itself, automatically i get droped from the game... It`s really frustrating, especially when you have a good game. Your post has more than 2 weeks and still no answer from ent admins.. pff
As a solution, maybe try to restart the aplication every 2 games.

Same here, today i got dropped 2 times on dota games, no reason, no lagg, the problem it's my internet still on, my w3connect still on, and then i got dropped from game, don't know what it's happening, i dont want to be banned for no reason.

Sometimes, drops/crashes just happen in the middle of the game regardless of internet connection. Try to restart the programs or download the latest version of WC3Connect if you haven't downloaded it in awhile (You can also try using the .jar WC3Connect version instead). If you provide your usernames I can look into it further.

If you are dropped for no reason, you can always appeal and hopefully it will be taken care of in a timely matter.

Issue appears to be solved. (User playing as of this month; no consistent autoban/disconnect patterns)
