I then tried Log WC3Connect time but I get my password is wrong. I try to create the account but I get my account already exists.

Accounts created on the forum pre-end of October 2018 were transferred over to the wc3connect username database. From then on the forum and wc3connect were separated.

If you remember your existing password, you can use that to login to wc3connect. However, if you cannot remember your password, we can copy over the password hash from the forum to your wc3connect account.

Have you resolved your issues? If it's that important, I can maybe get Staff Dept to reset your password/account. Otherwise, you can use a new account which I can transfer stats to if needed. Let me know.
