cant login my password

hey , I cannot login to my wc3connect with username zam.

it was linked on my forum account. but Ive lost my password, can I still recover it?

thats correct. the new system does not allow me to create new account with only 3 letters.
But i transfer my stats from east to Entconnect. Now i have my account zam@entconnect link to my forum, but I cant use it.

Id like to transfer my account , or just delete if I cant use it.

I believe it was zam@east but Im not so sure. All i Know I have my account linked to forum like I said
zam@entconnect. but it doesn't recognize my account because its only 3 Letters. I cant swap or clear stats.

if processing staff could sort this out for me, Id appreciated.

i did not catch your joke , I was answering you seriously. My only concern was my account was linked and I thought I could retrieve it.
but It appeared that the account was under a different realm.

Stats are reset ever 2~3 months from what I am aware of. It is up to the user to ensure they connect and play to ensure the stats do not reset.

You can request a stat restore under Technical Support. - unitil

Now this makes more sense because astros and dhamma.org both have there accounts setup to
Useast. there stats will not reset after 71 days. Im not sure if they did this intentional or not, but it is a glitch worth reporting I guess.
