Help me with my keyboard please

Hi I have a Logitech g510 and recently for some reason when I use the audio jacks for my headset built into the computer it causing my keyboard to become unresponsive. The keyboard seems to go through the motions of transferring the profiles but the audio never swaps to my headset my mic never starts working and it causing my keyboard to not work. The keys stay lit up and the lcd screen is there although I can not type or toggle the lcd.

I was just hoping that perhaps somebody maybe has dealt with this problem with this kind of keyboard.

nvm got it figured out after a few hours. For some reason the drivers associated with my keyboard were all of a sudden not getting picked up for whatever reason. I ended up being able to troubleshoot the error successfully after restarting my computer with the headset remained plugged in. Troubleshooting without the headset in was resulting in zero problems found.
