Hello,

i am new ENT user and i am not sure why is this going on.
I would first like to note that i did not use war3 bnet for few years.

When i find server name on your website and go to custom games, paste the server name and click on "join" i get kicked from bnet and get put on some sort of a cooldown. I cannot join northrend server for next few mins.

Anyone got any idea why this is happening?

I can just fine manually scroll, find the game and join, but with server name pasted i get kicked.

Dont highlight, copy, and paste the gamename from website. You may be copying html codes that are considered invalid on wc3, therefore, wc3 kicking you out.

Instead, use the copy button on the gamelist or whisper the bot to checkout your games at a bnet channel (ex. /w clan.enterprise !g dota apem)

I just tried it number of times and works just fine!
