Outbox

I'm wondering if this an issue for others:

My messages are stuck in the outbox section of the personal messaging system.

Does it go into their inbox as soon as they log on? Or does it just like staying there for some time before it gets sent?

It stays in Outbox until that user reads it. Then it goes to sent, once the user has received it. It's nice because it tells you when that person read it, or if they never check their mail XD.

You can also edit your PM before the recipient reads it.
