Quick question for the ENT Mods

To keep my stats active can I play ANY ENT game every 3 months or do I need to play the bot my elo is associated with?

i.e. If i have elo on LTD, can i play dota at least 1 game every 3 months to keep ltd stats active?
or vis versa
Will playing LTD once every 3 months keep my dota stats active?

Or it is game specific that I need to keep active to keep stats from decay?

Playing any game on ENT (be it public or private) should be sufficient.
