Bc he got shit towers he didnt want to play and started ruining the game. He had like 5/0 by 7 and 6/2 by 10. He kept on building bad towers and he didnt push like we told him.

Fucking up a build isnt a reason to kick. Making bad decisions/beeng unable to play one isnt eeither.
Hard for the enemy team to see whats exactly is going on in that case, so no bans for VK refusal.
