Should we allow mana burn to be used by melee heroes in LoD?

Yes. Mana burn is strong but it's not OP enough to warrant a ban. There are far worse combinations in LoD.

It's banned not cuz it's op - it's banned cuz it's bugged.

However i was against the ban from the very beginning. Simply thought it wasn't worth a ban (maybe ban the combination of manabreak+melee images)

There's a lot of bugged skills. Should only ban something if it's crazy OP with no counter. This is balance off Lod. If something is slightly broken, it's just gonna blend in with the rest of the skills.
