Unfortunately, this is not debatable.

You wanted a new banner and that is still up for discussion as long as there are more variations provided. Changing the forum structure in whatever way was never on the table.

I definitely like those fonts more.

Might work better without the gaming, just enterprise. It's essentially the same word repeated twice. It'll look cleaner like that. I think the caption would look better off center on the final product, as the current banner.

Maybe i'm being picky, but is it possible to add a little spacing between the letters of the title? Maybe better to have the caption a more solid shade, darker than the title. The contrast between the top and bottom of the letters seems a bit much. Too tired to properly put into words why :/

The current blue banner radiates a dynamic and a friendly environment. The blue color displays friendliness.

The grey banner that you have created seems to display a more "isolated" environment with a less approachable community.

That is not easy to do, but probably doable. Btw you really don't need 2 Search buttons, that up top/right button is not necessary since you have 1 bellow Home/Google+ buttons in menu bar. Or if 2 search buttons are really needed, move that which is bellow Home button, move to bottom of the boards in line with "All times are UTC+02:00"

I'm not sure am I a fan of the curly font for the slogan, but I like the backgrounds on the second one.
