NWU Iruka

Requesting a ban on Iruka.
Not active map developer, no information from him either.
The hero is glitched, supposed to do 100% magical damage but does physical too. adding up to 150%(if not more) instead of 100% damage from his skills, that makes him OP, he is also killing wards with his skillshots.
Reverting back versions won't help because there are other issues.
Considering haz is mia can you take care of this ? @aRt)Y
