There has been a 1v1 tournament already in the past. I was organized by @CreativeLP. Such tournament requires someone to organize it along with ENT's support.

On the other hand, I doubt the 1v1 player base is big enough for a league and the whole concept of a league doesn't really makes sense, since you can't really get tked in 1v1.
