i see that rearm tele is banned now but shouldnt that also include tele boots since rearm refreshes them too?

Nope. Travel can tele to creeps and cost 2.5k while furi teleport is free and u need only lvl 1 all game

Pretty much what Burnt said - Travel boots cost 450g +2k recipe (another 2k if you want to be able to TP to allies as well) -> 2450g or 4450g total for them

Global teleportation is free, you dont really need to level it up (as you got rearm), and you're not dependant on heroes/creeps to TP

Also, rearm tele was banned per suggestion (due to it no longer being pick-able on the new version)
