New LTD rule

If the host does not declare non-standard mode in lobby, once the game starts it should be required that people draw if at least 4 of the remaining 7 players do not want to play the non-standard mode. Being forced to forfeit or play a match of -apcb should not be the only options.

(reason I say -apcb is because it happened to me recently. No fog of war is already stupid to have to play and on top of that to be all pick without warning, need I say more)
