force votebalance?

would be nice to have a matchmaking system in Legion TD because people stack teams to elo hunt. wouldnt it make sense to force a votebalance at the start? ususally stacked teams dont vote for balance.

Also what about like in the case of me and my two friends who just want to queue together? I get that it basically makes a fair match near impossible unless we get hella lucky, but I would honestly be pretty bummed if I was forced to usually be against one or both of them.
