Suggest for a new rule

I think there should be a new rule that fountain farming can only be to a limit of 5 kills every game. That way, players will have legitimate stats

well they shouldnt be fountain farming over 3 minutes and if your team dies more than 5 times in 3 minutes then it reflects your skill
