Add back no limit map size

Not sure if this is the right place to post but before the patch that allowed maps above 128 MB to be played ent had something that made maps above 8 MB playable this thing also made maps above 128 MB playable but it seems to have been removed making maps that are above 128 MB unuploadable to ent can this please be fixed back to its original state?

we aren't blizzard so we can't just fix this.

and we won't revert ent to an old patch just for some extremly big maps, sorry.
