Bring back Off-Topic section!

Bring back Off-Topic section! Discord is useful for interactive chat, but the text & information goes away fast.

It would be nice to have the off-topic section in the forum. Also, it will help the SEO (Search engine optimization) for ENT making the forum show up in more searches. I find there is more upside than downside for this suggestion.

ENT is primarily a gaming community. If you want off-topic boards, there're plenty for that - or you use our Discord.

SEO is pretty much meaningless for ENT given the game and genre are already specific enough.
    Information, Rules, Guides and everything else you need to know about ENT is on the ENT Wiki.
