So, as said in the title, Civ Wars leaver should be banned more than just 3hours
Most of them are very aware that leaving often cause a desync causing the game to draw
It's very annoying and I think leavers exploiting that bug should be banned longer

No community input given, and Civ Wars is handled similar to our other competitive autohosting bots. The ban duration will increase as the user continues to leave.
