Multiple fixes, to be released on ENT.37 asap.

Changelog:
Notable Changes
  • Hectate's ultimate has been fixed.
  • Gates in the Middle now open for teammates.
  • Auras will no longer show up when a player leaves. (hopefully)

Neutral Creep/Boss Changes
  • Ogre Mauler's bounty is now 350g. (From 750g)
  • Ogre Magi's bounty is now 300g. (From 750g)
  • Ogre Lord's bounty is now 750g. (From 1500g)
