Include a new message in Civ Wars lobby bot

So yea, lot of desync happen recently in Civ Wars ent bot, ent.16
So, my suggestion, is to add a phrase the bot will repeat every one or two minutes
It will tell people that they need to restart wc3 if they played something before
otherwise, they'll desync

That would help a lot seriously

Should be the same for castle fight then, shouldnt it ?
Or is it just a Patch bug?
