Possible solution to low ELO dodgers?

Idea: instead of showing individual stats on the site and with the !scores command, make it just show the team average.

High ELO players will still be able to compare their personal with the avg to decide if they want to stay.

Will fix those games when the one noob who joins makes the lobby stagnate for 5 minutes and the next 3 lobbies instafill.

I think the majority would rather have the ability to look at the individual stats than just the avg stats.

The avg stat will make people unsure about who they are playing with. For example 1600 elo player + 2x 850 elo will give an avg of 1100 elo. The 4th player will see this as a good avg. but in-game they could be tked by them pretty hard.

Its an issue within the playerbase, they can still use !lms on players... in the end your idea would delay the game even more as the ones who dont want to play with low elos will just :
join -> !lms 3 times -> leave
