Auto-drop after 45 seconds

Just gonna say it for everyone who has played a game on ENT in the past 6 months.
It's annoying as fuck when someone drops and then because everyone has GProxy by default, they lag for 180 seconds before dropping. People won't votekick them for some reason.
A bigger problem is when people lag for like 10 seconds, then stop, then start lagging again. It never auto-drops them, and again for some reason people can't votekick them out. We've all had a game like this.
Suggestion: auto-drop players after 45 seconds of continuous lagging, or after 60 seconds of total lagging. No reason to be using dial-up in 2019.
