Time of Violation (in-game or replay): In game 13:30 he doesn't finish his neutral and run to base. very obviously knowing I'm coming to him. I check on the replay to make sure that they don't have ward and sentry on the map.
Any further thoughts: If you check how he play for the entire game you will see more about his maphack. He did it very carefully. If he finish the neutral and run. I wont suspect him as a maphacker. He has a very good k/d. I respect good player but not maphacker.

I have seen multiple bans on mh for one timestamp, check for fogclicks please. clearly this aimskjs guy is his friend, nobody would vouche for a toxic player.
