mekk is not that good in pubs (esp in easy mode), cause it costs tons of mana, and doesnt have that much impact when people get fast items and pretty tanky anyway. --> treads aquila wand s+y (or manta if there are a lot of silences), then situationally bfly buri bkb heart ac mkb, and eventually even orchid are my choices.
